  • Have a cancellation policy.
    Waterhouse Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. For all new clients a credit card is required to hold your chemical service. Appointments not canceled before 48 hours or a “No-Show” will be charged of 100% of the service amount.
